Every HALUNE piece begins with an original design, created in-house.

From the balance of each stone to the smallest detail, every element is thoughtfully considered.

Every crystal in HALUNE is thoughtfully hand-selected, high-quality natural stone sourced globally.

We use 14K gold-plated, white gold plated and silver-plated spacer beads for our jewelry.

Shipping & Exchanges

HALUNE accepts exchanges only. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer-initiated returns. All exchange requests are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, with original tags intact and original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Natural variations in crystals are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

For exchanges unrelated to product defects, shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Sizes

Our bracelets have some stretch. We offer three sizes: 15cm, 16cm and 17cm. When measuring your wrist circumference, measure tightly against your skin.

If you need to adjust the fit, extra elastic cord is included with your bracelet. You can find it inside the envelope in your product gift box, so you may resize the bracelet to your perfect fit.

Care Instructions

Natural crystals and plated details are delicate by nature. To keep your HALUNE piece looking its best:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, oils, and household chemicals.
  • Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
  • Gold-plated details may naturally wear over time. To help preserve their finish, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
  • Store separately in a cool, dry place to help prevent scratches and protect the plated finish.
  • For bracelets, roll them gently over your hand rather than pulling or overstretching the elastic.
