We use 14K gold-plated, white gold plated and silver-plated spacer beads for our jewelry.

We offer free worldwide shipping.
All HALUNE pieces are custom-made to your specifications, so returns and exchanges are not available. We appreciate your understanding.
Our items are handcrafted from natural crystals. Therefore, returns, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted due to natural imperfections of the stones.
However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please share photos or unboxing videos and email us at halune.na@outlook.com. We will work to find a satisfactory solution for you.
Care Instructions
Natural crystals and plated details are delicate by nature. To keep your HALUNE piece looking its best:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, oils, and household chemicals.
- Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
- Gold-plated details may naturally wear over time. To help preserve their finish, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
- Store separately in a cool, dry place to help prevent scratches and protect the plated finish.
